Hello everyone,
I hope all is well.
It was an amazing week, full of precious content that I will love to share with you all.
The podcast tips this week is insanely great - Sarah Friar, CEO of Nextdoor, gives a great lesson around building community and developing trust (btw She is freaking out with the Metaverse)
Late last week we shared part of our collaboration framework online (below). We are still working to improve a more complete guidebook which we plan to make open to the public this week.
We break down our collaboration with founders into 4 main topics.
Starts with our long-term vision for the company and how can solve the problem that they are set to solve in scale. The long-term vision creates “n” cycles - with VC-backed companies you can think of funding rounds - and each cycle brings its challenges and milestones.
During each cycle, we operate with quarterly OKR’s, where we can keep track of what’s truly relevant to the business and make sure that the team is heading towards the same objective. During the Quarters we run weekly catch-ups with founders and key employees to better understand what’s working and the challenges ahead.
Stay tuned for more.
